As a human being my biggest limit is this...
I can die.
After that I can go no further. (At least not in this life...)
Other than that? I'd guess our biggest limits are the ones we set in our own minds.
Throughout human history? Everyone agreed that human beings could never fly. It's simply impossible.
Some people thought differently. They refused to set limits on what they could accomplish.
We've all seen the results. To this day? I still don't know how an airplane that weighs many tons can get off the ground and fly.
I just know that we CAN fly, because a few people refused to set limits on their dreams.

There is no limit. Given time and the resources, nothing is impossible. The only limitation that humanity faces is the earth and it's resources in the immediate future, and the universe in the distant future. We have already achieved what only the gods could do 300 or less years ago, and will do what was inconceivable even for gods, in the coming years.

Realistically we do have limits as human beings. Some things we can't control such as intelligence, physical and emotional limitations. We may have the desire to do something but lack the resources to see something through.Wanting something does not make it happen.Someone might be on the brink of achieving their goal and something like illness, accident or reversal of fortune can see that dream disappear or put on hold. When we stop having hope we are just existing in life ,not living. We may not realize all of our goals and dreams in life but hope fuels us to still try in spite of any failures and setbacks. Sometimes setbacks help us to reset our priorities in life and discover what is most important in life.

Our potential is limitless, but we often choose to stifle that potential with fear, convention and ignorance.
