JFK conspiracy question?

One of my 9th gr history students posed a question to me re the JFK assasination that I hadn't heard before Here goes, then I welcome comments:

While L.H. Oswald was being arrested and manhandled into the Dallas Police car in front of the movie theatre where he was tracked to, there are multiple witnesses who claim someone looking remarkedly similar to Oswald was being hustled out the back of the theatre by Dallas Police. Has anybody ever investigated or what my perceptive student specifically asked was, did the Warren Report address this question? All comments welcome

It's one thing to speculate over unproven and unprovable scenarios, but eventually we still need to look at the facts.



It's a verified fact that Oswald was a radical Communist sympethizer (he emigrated to the Soviet Union), it's a verified fact that he was in the right place at the right time for him to have killed JFK (he worked at the book repository), it's a verified fact that he had the exact model of Carcano rifle recovered from the crime scene (the photo of him holding the rifle was taken by his wife), and it's a verified fact that he had sharpshooter training in the Marines (if there's anyone who can teach someone to shoot, it's the Marines). Even the Soviet officials who worked with him while he was in the Soviet Union said he was one really strange guy.



It would be exceptionally pointless for any hypothetical conspirators to line up someone singularly capable, equipped, motivated, skilled, and demented like Oswald, only to turn around and have someone else do it. If people want to speculate there were others who were involved, fine, but Oswald himself was still involved up to his neck in the assassination.

Well...yeah. I mean, I've looked into every theory you mentioned and you know what? They're all somehow related to each other. The reason why JFK was killed is quite simply because he chose to do his job once elected. He supported national sovereignty, and he did not like the idea of the Federal Reserve (A private entity controlled by bankers) to be able to run our economy. A few months before he was killed, he signed an executive order that would begin bringing the power of the federal reserve back to the federal government and to the American people. Needless to say, the order was never carried out, and it was later repealed.

The Oswald double that fled the TSBD in a Rambler station wagon along with a tall black "Cuban" or native Indian, was driven to the site where Officer Tippit was killed. He and another man killed Tippit and then the Oswald double flees to the Texas Theater where he is spotted entering without paying and the police are called. Earlier the real Oswald, after having returned to his rooming house and retrieving his pistol, is given a ride by a Dallas police car, #107 which had honked twice for him. The car had been sold to the public the previous April. The real Oswald is taken to the Texas Theater around 1 or 1:05 pm, where he is seen buying popcorn at 1:15 pm (the exact time that Tippit was being murdered). After the Oswald double arrives and enters the theatre he goes up and hides in the balcony. When the police arrive they take the real Oswald into custody after a brief scuffle and lead him out the front of the theater. Shortly thereafter the police find the Oswald double and take him out the back of the theater, put him in a police car, drive him a short ways away and release him.

At 2:00 pm eight blocks away the Oswald double is seen sitting in the passenger seat of a car appearing to be waiting for someone. The license plate on that car is later traced to a CIA operative for his personal car, although the car the plates are on is a different car than the agent's. Around 3:30 pm an unmarked CIA plane set down on a flat river bank on the other side of the river from the Texas Theater and an Oswald double and tall dark "Cuban" looking man are seen getting on that plane which takes off and flies to the military/CIA's Roswell Air Force Base in New Mexico (Area 51), which is closed down at that time to facilitate this secret landing.

An accidental witness who was also on that same flight (Air Force Sergeant Robert G. Vinson of the North American Air Defense Command (NORAD) is refused exit from this base until after the security shutdown ends and he is then given directions to the nearest bus route (he had been to Washington D.C. to consult with superiors and was on standby for the next military air force flight back to the Denver area when he was called in and directed aboard an unmarked plane where he sat alone until a pilot and co-pilot showed up, came on board without talking to him, went to the cockpit, took off and then flew to Dallas and landed on the riverbank air strip. When the Oswald double and other man came on board they thought he was part of the crew. Within a month strangers began asking questions about him of his neighbours and in November of 1964 the CIA interviewed him and subjected him to extensive testing and offered him a job, which he declined. He was then ordered to leave his work at NORAD and work for the CIA and was ordered to sign secrecy oaths about all of his past and future military career. He had recognized the Oswald double as a look alike for the Oswald who was arrested and killed in police custody and he therefore feared for his life, so he didn't come forward with his story until 30 years later.

Contrary to the previous reply's assertion that this has been "disproven" and doesn't appear in the WCR, it has not been disproven and didn't surface until way after the WCR was issued, so obviously it is not reported in the complete WCR (the general Warren Commission Report is certainly no authority - it is rife with information manipulation, mis-information and selective reporting of selected witnesses testimony (totally ignoring other witnesses who heard or saw firing coming from other directions than from the 6th floor of the Texas School Book Depository), designed to give the pre-ordained conclusion that was demanded of the Warren Commissioners and their staff by the people who appointed them - Lyndon Baines Johnson with the considerable aid of FBI director J. Edgar Hoover and his blackmail files on practically everyone in Washington. Hope this helps you to see what was going on and still is: Cover-Up.

The source for this, "JFK and the Unspeakable” is an exceptionally revealing new work that also reports on the identical type assassination set-up in Chicago three weeks before the Dallas assassination that included a plan to use sharpshooters with telescopic rifles from tall buildings and blame it on another ex-marine patsy by the name of Thomas Arthur Vallee. It was reported to the FBI and the Secret Service but the information was not forwarded to the Dallas Secret Service team and was, in fact, covered up for many years.

Oswald had nothing to do with JFK's assassination. When JFK was shot, all eye witnesses pointed to the Grassy Knoll, no one pointed to the Book Depository. The reason why the government will not release the postmortem X-rays of JFK's skull is because they show the bullet coming from a different direction other than the Book Depository. That's why no one is allowed to see them.

The report you referred to was one of the many hoaxes. The Warren Commission report is online. Why not read it, and then tell us if the conspiracy that you referred to was mentioned.

Hmm I thought I had heard all the conspiracy theories and Lord knows there are a lot of them. This is one I had never heard of before. Look its very possible but I think improbable. I think there were quite a few witness reports that were unsubstantiated. This could possibly be one of them.
