I THINK it was in 1993. But a while back my friend told me that they did it because they saw some movie (If that is true, what is the name of the movie?) and then tried to be like some main character? I THINK it was called child's play (already seen it) but maybe they had problems or something? Thanks x

The film was Chucky. It is about a puppet that murders as far as I remember. Well said Nutsters, never a truer word. It now transpires that these evil pair enjoyed foreign holidays courtesy of the tax payer. I feel for Jamie Bulgers parents I really do.

Both boys were born into dysfunctional & toxic homes.

Abusive parents that were too busy thinking about themselves while leaving these two to their own devices, watching adult films if it kept them amused & out of mum/dads way.

They were well known at the shopping centre for shop-lifting & causing trouble while playing truant from school.

They had already tried & almost succeeded in abducting a child approx a year before.

If a film was to blame or part of the defence for James' murder, we will never fully know, let alone whether their previous character was mentioned in court.

The case was closed to the general public, too much sensitive information was being covered & the justice system paid for a full-scale media block.

What still gets up my nose; other than the fact neither of these 2 really suffered in detention, in fact they gained from the experience, they got the best education money could buy, computer games galore, 1-2-1 counselling & had their sentences cut.

Both received compensation from the trauma of having to be tried in an adult court!

1 got £20,000 + & the other got in excess of £30,000, not bad for two murdering scum.

One day a full detailed account of what those deviants did to a tiny sobbing, confused, traumatised child will released.

ONE DAY.

There is a severe problem in this world with adults, children, and it is bullying, this is a example it starts off small and then the bully needs more and it becomes deadly. It is horrible how many cases of this go on and how many people are hurt this poor young man was a victim you would think after this it would of at least made a impact on society that bullying is a issue and needs to be addressed.

It sounds like the one kid was a psychopath and the other was into kiddie porn and drugs later in life. They turned them loose after about 10 years and gave them anonymity even after the one was re-arrested for kiddie porn and cocaine . Who knows if they tried drugs before that, or sniffed glue or paint, etc? They stole a can of paint that they used in their crime, so maybe they had stolen paint before for other reasons.

Child molesters often were molested themselves and are re-enacting what happened to them, but with themself as the abuser.

Psychopaths are maybe born that way, without feeling or conscience. It might also have something to do with their upbringing or lack of parenting or being overparented.

It is terrible that they turned them loose on society and instead of having to tell the public where they were living, the judges protected the killers by giving them anonymity.

I don't think a movie had anything to do with it.

They were an indication of the social inbreds who are now such a problem,if we had been aware of these deviants, the social consequences and their oncoming horde, perhaps we would have removed them from the gene pool, society can be too liberal for its own good. They should have been terminated.

Because they wanted to. It was an easy kill, their sociopathic minds hated his innocence. He was something they used for entertainment, then easily discarded. I know this sounds weird, but little James made them hate him, his screaming and crying, his baby mannerisms. He was easy to sexually abuse, a toy to him. He meant nothing to them personally. His little body was vunerable in every way, sexually, and also to beat to death.
