How would one actually sell a kidney on the black market?

Question

I don't want to go about selling a kidney or anything (I like my alcohol to much!!!) and I don't want anyone else doing it, but I read a story about a child in some Asian country selling his kidney for an iPad 2, so my question is, how do people actually go round doing it? Its not as if you can just look in the yellow pages for 'black market'? Best answer gets 10 lovely points!

Well, for sure there´s a visible black market in those countries. Specially in India as I could witness in a TV program a few weeks ago. And the people goes mad. The people is such poor, that is just a math question. I want an Ipad2, I had two kidneys, they give me an Ipad2 for one of them, and it´s there... In the low states of those societies this dark markets are very visible. Your brother does it, your cousin does it, your mother does it, and you have 8 years old and you also do it.
