ok, so i ordered some hair extensions from lushhairextensions.com
its not my first time ordering from them, they have awesome products! well anyways.....i placed the order like 4 days ago and since the company is located in the UK, and i live in TX. [USA] it usually has taken about 7 days to recieve my package in the mail in the past.

The packaging is not even like a big package, it doesnt even come in a box, its just a large envelope.

HOWEVER, they sent me a email informing me that they dispatchhed my order and the shipper would be ROYAL MAIL [like usual] the only problem is that i went to the website to track and confrim my package and it said that it was sent to the over seas postal services for delivery in the us, meaning that usps would now be in carying it now. So, the next day i went to usps.com and tried to track my item but it said that they received notice that my package would get shipped to them soon and that they were just waiting for the shipper,[being royal mail] to fly the package over, after royal mail had supposedly shipped the package alredy.

THE PROBLEM IS that i tried to go back to royalmail.com to track my item again to see if it had been shipped yet and it turns out the website is down!! it says that its UNAVAILABLE and that it would be back soon....what does this mean?
when will i recieve my package?
will i have to wail till royal mail is back up? or do you think that they did ship the package?
PLEASE HELP! i would like my package before thanks giving dinner :(

this is what he website says:
"Our website is temporarily unavailable. Full service should be resumed very soon. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you."

Royal Mail Postman here - you call them Letter Carrier is the US.

It was only the customer facing website that was down (and may still be) for Royal Mail. All the other operational and internal systems were working fine and everything progressed through the system as normal. All details scanned in whilst the web site was down should be updated when its back. However if you have any more problems Royal Mail have their own Twitter account and they are very good - Tweet them and they will help. @RoyalMail

i'm a Royal Mail Postie. they are going to bypass away a card and it should help be attentive to the place you may deliver at the same time it and what cases they're open. frequently that's stored on the transport place of work on your submit Code and for a maximum of 18 days.

It means their website is encountering problems, not the actual royal mail, they will process your package as usual, you just can't access the website at the moment.
